Just watched the original with Naomi Rapace and I’ve been reluctant to watch the remake because I can’t imagine anybody but her playing the role now.

Where was the snark? I believe she said “ugh” because she was frustrated with herself for the mistake?

Transparent has to be one of the most insufferably horrible shows I’ve ever seen. The comparisons to Six Feet Under, one of my favorite shows, really hyped me up for it and I was so disappointed. Every episode made me cringe at the characters, and not in an endearing way!
