@Windowlicker: Feel the exact same way. Was really excited about that game until the demo. Didn't like the changes in game play at all, no more parrying counter punching, no thanks. Not to mention that straight right hands are now as fast a jabs.

I never really balk at a download purchase at $5 or less. Dunno guess it's my magic cut off line. When games start to creep up around $15 range I'm a little more selective on whim purchasing. Cuthbert quote is kind of unwise I think, never let them get you quoted complaining about customers. I guess I need to know…

Maybe this has been discussed already or maybe it was a joke but HAWX moving units? Then again it is the land of Afterburner to Ace Combat.

@Rajolae: So you missed out on a deal but got to play the game for 2 months, and your being ripped off again by Valve because you could have waited another year for L4D2 and got more "stuff"? Ok.

@guitarzan2k5: Well said about Rock Band 1 vs 2, it really caught me off guard the amount of crying about this game.

So I'm guessing there isn't much hope for a Nintendo WaveRace 64 sequel, since they have jet skis in Resort. The Wiimotes could make for a pretty fun experience with a new version.

@HeavenlyCrypt: That would be nice, I never really got into ICO but loved SotC. Maybe I'll have to go back and retry it. This game is probably a system seller for me just because of SotC. That and maybe it will be out around the time of GoW III. Then I'll finally help Sony move a hardware unit.

@phtotrope: Come back and tell me how long you last, it's one of the most awful controlling games of all time. I think the only thing worse is SKate II when you try to go on foot.

I just remember Quake 1 going frome pixels to Open Gl with my Diamond Monster 3D, in line add on card. Was a crazy graphical jump and didn't even mind the lag playing off a 56k modem.
