Well I certainly wouldn't think of CBGBs.

My Ferrari. I had to do awful things to pay for her.

I'm not sure what she was expecting. My friend had one in high school and the stick shift used to fall off all the time and the passengers would have to fish it out from under the seat. Amazingly, someone once broke into it in the city, although this was back when NY was more dangerous.

If I were recommending it to someone else, Season 2 would get my vote. But on my own, its a really hard call to make.

I still can't believe that the movie Bob Clark made right before this, was Porky's.

They also used a somewhat obscure Cymande song.

I saw the Who's final tour in 1982. And then again in 1989…. And then I gave up on "last chance" concerts altogether, although I did see the Monkees in 1986.

I had to look it up but yes, that's the one.

New Kids on the Block had a Christmas album. That should amplify the depression. The James Brown Christmas album should be used to bring you back to sanity.

I remember listening to the commentary on Old School (this was a voluntary choice that I can't defend) and apparently Vince Vaughn just kept showing up to the set with a different haircut until they finally just started slapping a wig on him. Its now the only thing I notice when I see that movie.

How did Javier Bardem not make this list?

I don't remember reading anything where they recommended one over the other but I know they thought of stereo as an unnecessary development or as a gimmick. (I've read an awful lot of nerdy beatles books). After a quick search, I found a George Harrison quote:

I'm not sure about other bands but the Beatles were very involved with the final mix down on a lot of these recordings. In nearly every case, the hours they spent were only on the Mono mixes. The stereo mixes weren't only an afterthought, they were done by the engineers with no input from the Beatles themselves.

Dude grow up. In real life, she was 12 years old when that film was made. People are giving you a hard time because you sound like a creepy pedophile.

Roeg, for all his talent, was a touch creepy himself.

Its a very sad fact that a link on Drudge, and especially a headline link, produces an insane amount of traffic. This one was a bit different in that he actually wrote the article himself, and didn't just link to another story, probably because its complete bullshit.

I think you're apologizing for the wrong thing.

Nice use of Spirit

Elsbeth Tascioni?

Being on Fox News for 5 years had nothing to do with it?
