Tell us what you really think and don't hold back.

Forget the Old Fashioned. You need an Old Spanish. It's a thing in the world of Mad Men, but not 30 Rock….

Where did the rest of Drew Carey go?

Thank you Miles Davis

I originally thought this was a fairly calculated move to draw people into a nonsensical culture war but after clicking on that link and watching the video "interview" with the person who originally made the comments, I can't believe that she is capable of such a devious plot. In fact, she has trouble just putting

I thought it was Rob McElhenney (Mac from Its Always Sunny)

Does anyone take this guy seriously anymore?

As a musician she is terrific. Her guitar playing is incredibly odd and accomplished but she also uses it to great effect in her song writing. Same with her vocals. In fact, as good as her guitar playing is, her voice is her strongest point (I think). I had no idea how uncompromising she was until I got really

I forgot about Pentangle who did do a bunch of covers of jazz songs. Davey Graham sort of did some jazz-ish stuff but I've always considered him sort of his own genre of english acoustic guitar guy. I know that's not the best genre but I sort of group him and his followers all together (jansch and renbourn etc….). I

Is folk jazz really a thing? It seems like she started out doing folk music and then she started using elements from jazz mixed with folk. She seems to have more in common with say Steely Dan than any of her folk contemporaries.

Perhaps. But her body of work somewhat justifies that statement (not that I agree with the statement).

Yeah same album. I'm thinking of the song u specifically. And the second track. And hood politics (boo boo). I guess there aren't really any jokes. And I always had trouble getting all the way through GKMC without skipping around (was never a fan of the drank song). The skits on that album just weren't as annoying

I think the A- was generous. There are enough skits/jokes/conversations with Tupac on that album to remind me of the horrible nonsense that typically came with great albums from the early 90s. Run the Jewels 2 should have gotten an A. I haven't listened to the Sufjan album enough to agree or disagree.

We Won't Need Legs to Stand & A Good Man Is Hard to Find. These two back to back are enough to convince someone he's worth pursuing.

No mention of Emerson Lake and Palmer? Come on!!!!

I saw that in nyc. Specifically went for smashing pumpkins although the chili peppers were still acceptable at that point because the album had just come out and not been beat to death on the radio.

Oh that's not too bad.

My college roommate's father collected Bodkins and actually amassed the largest known collection of them. He wrote to the second largest collector and received a letter back written in crayons.

Didn't Depardieu admit to drinking like 14 bottles of wine a day.

Beerfest is totally worth watching once. I'm not sure about any of the others and I never finished club dread.
