why did you have to show me this? Now my butthurt will prevent me from sitting at least through the weekend!

I'm so butthurt North America is not getting the First Print Edition.

I hate this advice. Its like saying if you don't want your TV stolen then don't own a TV, its the only true way to make sure it isn't stolen.

But why in the world in it taking until November and then May 2015?

6 characters, 8 cars and 16 tracks for $12 is DLC pricing done right.

In the same manner of others? Hell no. They offer a full-fledged game at the beginning, and then bring DLC half a year later to increase the content by 50%. Who else does that?

It's the same game as on every other system. If you found it boring, that has nothing to do with the Wii U.
I played it for like 50 hours and had a blast with it, personally.

Because you live in the world and you have observed things in your time here? :)

I doubt kids would get the reference, and anyone who does get the reference are far more likely to think "Oh yeah, that actor in all those family-friendly films" rather than "Oh yeah, that guy who killed himself."

You're nuts!

So many angry people with really nothing to be angry about

why would siblings have the exact same name? If it's Link's Younger sister, why would they both be named Link?

The game is not being re-released, since it was never released in the first place.

This. The only times I was ever inclined to trade things in at GameStop was during various promotions. And I would clean the fuck up compared to what would've normally been offered.

Everyone was briefed on the new sales tactics, ("use "sell" instead of "trade" etc.) but the simplification and raising of trade-in prices is news to me, especially since we're doing an extra 50% promotion in two weeks.

Simplifying is good.

The last time I traded anything to them was pre-360 era. But essentially, the people who use deals to their advantage to trade from game to game and minimize OOP costs won't be able to do that anymore, and the person who is not inclined to trade in their games at all still has no reason to do so. "Simplify" my ass,

If you aren't choosing your kart based on how awesome/ridiculous it looks, you are playing Mario Kart incorrectly.

Why is it not just Netflix but for PS3 games?? Why not let us just take out a few games every month for free for a subscription fee? Like "Oh you get to check out up to 5 games for 14.99$ every month." Why is that so hard?

See those sales numbers, Nintendo is doomed I tell you, doomed!
