I couldn’t care less about Elon. He’s a hack, shitty engineer egomaniac.

don’t judge a bill by only 3 lines copied into an article!

So, on a related note, how is the Foxconn plant doing in Wisconsin anyway?

As I recall the Tijuana border crossing were indeed wide open going from the US into Mexico.

I don’t understand how the NES originals are above Link’s Awakening. That just seems bonkers to me. Link’s Awakening is an incredible GB game, and the sprite work and level design is fantastic. Forests, deserts, castles, dungeons, and mountains all look totally unique and yet still feel like a single connected world.

The list seems to not just be considering art style, but also the world and tone. Twilight Princess is arguably the same style as the N64 games, the DS titles straight-up have Wind Waker’s art style, and BotW/TotK have an evolution of Skyward Sword’s; yet they’re all separated out.

Embedding Youtube videos of the ENTIRE GAME instead of photos quickly illustrating the discussed style points was quite the decision

NAILED it.

I’m sure there’s a lot of various reasons why this has gone up. Some thoughts that come to mind:
1) I’ve noticed that people are driving faster and a LOT more aggressively as of late, especially from 2021 during lockdowns. Less people on the road, more people hitting the accelerator.
2) Lack of enforcement by police;

The thing is, total deaths were declining steadily while the population grew. Until 2010 when they started to climb back up. (Numbers are slightly different than the report because this chart uses a different dataset.)

Cell phones are everywhere. Deaths are only up in the US. I wouldn’t blame this on cell phones, but would look for something unique to the US. Like car design/size (we drive bigger trucks with worse visibility) and/or road design. I suspect blame for this lies on car choice and drivers more than US pedestrians. No

I am in charge of the music for the remake version of “Super Mario RPG” announced at the Nintendo Direct today. I put all my heart into arranging all the songs, hoping that both the fans of the original and those playing for the first time can enjoy it! Stay tuned for more news ♡”

But the FONT. Why are devs insistent on removing the cool fonts from these RPG remakes and replacing them with dead mobile game text? Stop doing this! The og fonts add to the charm of the game!

Seriously - imagine being so unsympathetic that a towing company so instantly recognizes and does the right thing.

Based on the Teamsters’ statement (https://teamster.org/2023/06/teamsters-secure-air-conditioning-for-ups-fleet-in-major-tentative-deal/) it doesn’t look like retrofits are on the table, which, given the cost and complexity vs ordering new vehicles makes sense. It’s not ideal, but that’s compromise for you.

Are you sure you’re looking at the non-Raptor version? Fords website says the 2024 Ranger is 75.5 wide without mirrors.

The New Beetle was hugely retro, but doesn’t have the cringe factor of the PT Cruiser. That doesn’t mean the Buzz won’t look dated quickly, but I think it’ll have a bit more staying power.

smize-inducing,” “Jetsonian-propulsion” is the kind of clever C&D writing making this place respectable again. Nice job! Ed., renew my subscription!

Here’s the motor VW is using, for those that are curious.
