I am a strong proponent of equal bumper and headlight heights for all road vehicles.

I’ve never actually seen one with the seats intact before. They really were bizarre. I wasn’t expecting the rubberized grab handles, the extremely high head rest or complete absence of shoulder support. What a strange design.

I’m also 6'3" and am torn. I think the Honda ridgelines sloping hood looks terrible. But I don’t like driving my F150 in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic because kids and dogs disappear behind the huge grill. And if something terrible happens and you hit someone the missive grill means that you are going to hit the

I’m in a market where houses typically sell for $120k over asking. I recently bid “only” $50k over asking for a house. I had a feeling that the local market was cooling and figured I would take a long shot and maybe save a bunch of money. We got a nasty response from the selling realtor and they didn’t let us look at

I generally agree with you and think that audio calls and conversations should be legal. I don’t think video calls should be legal as they compete for your visual attention but at the time of the call that law doesn’t seem to have been in place.

5th - The next time a new low end brand tries to break into the American market it will have a very low starting price but you will have to pay a fee if you want to “unlock” the rear doors. Air-conditioning and radio will be a monthly fee. I’m picturing some preditory options for a few years until consumers and rights

My concerns over the safety of Sidekicks, Sunrunners and whatever other names these have go beyond crashing. I know this is all anecdotal but I have been in these when the hood flew off and smashed into the windshield, the hood flew off and sailed over the vehicle (to be clear 2 hoods flew off two different vehicles

I think it is just a single bookshelf speaker. I guess they needed a bigger vehicle to move stereo sound.

Interesting. I’ve never really looked twice at any Harley before. The idea of one providing modern equipment at a reasonable price is foreign to me.  BMW, KTM and Ducati don’t have dealers anywhere near me so this catches my attention.

100% Agree. These were popular in my area and were the first vehicle for several friends because of how cheep they were used. The low price was due to them being unreliable and generally undesirable vehicles. I can’t think of a single good use for the vehicle due to the exact same reasons you pointed out.

In high school and young adult age I spent a lot of time in these and have a lot of great memories. Sidekicks, Sunrunners and Trackers were very popular in my area and were common first vehicles because of their terrible resale value. I have trouble that something I would have valued as worth $4,000 Canadian in 2001

“No dice at any price” for me.

The only full service stations near me are in built up areas of large cities. This isn’t because they want to offer better service but because you can get cars in and out faster. The timing difference is enough that it covers their $14/hour wages. I know a station owner and he is very aggressive at maximizing his net

The roof line looks long enough that roof racks would work fine for skis. I love pickups with roof racks because its really easy to tie things down from the bed and it really adds to a pickups versatility.

If you hadn’t explained who the Young American Foundation is I never would have thought Mayor Pete’s statement was being ridiculed. What he said seems so factual and obvious.  After thinking about it I thought “you would have to be pretty narrow minded not to see how major infrastructure projects cut off neighborhoods

Materials used in constructing the tower will be locally and sustainably sourced.”

I had been meaning to use my 1 month free trial of apple arcade since it came out. I don’t play games on my phone often so I never got around to it. This game is the one that pushed me to give it a chance.

I had a female cousin who worked on one of the great lakes ships back around 10 years ago. No one was actively mean to her or told her a woman couldn’t work on the ships but she still found it extremely isolating. Partly for being the only woman and partly because almost every other worker she met was over 45. She

I grew up in a GM factory town and probably half the people I knew had a Sunfire as a first car in the late 90 early 00's. I still have a positive attitude towards them. Lots of memories of how little power they had if you loaded 5 or 6 people into one. Yeh, a Civic would last longer but these were very cheap to buy

It depends on whether you are required to make principal payments over the term of the loan. Using the 4 year repayment period for both examples below.
