There’s nothing unseemly about the AV club reporting on news published by the Daily Star even if it is a tabloid. Secondly, the AV club’s article consists of mostly quotes from the Daily Star and they even question the veracity of the reporting by comparing it to a Ricky Gervais netflix show. I’m completely baffled

This sentence is very disingenuous. It omits that seven years passed and implies that Jasmine was 16 while Meadow was 15 when the relationship began. That is not true. Meadow was 8, Jasmine was 16, and Paul was 33. 

Counterpoint: mmo’s of yore didn’t describe the systems that governed the world very well so you could spend hours grinding something that turned out to be a waste. Today, these systems are clearly presented and described so you can choose to partake if you wish. Or you could game them to be as efficient as possible.
