Meh. It’s fine.
Yikes that was bad. This movie is blatantly ripping off Seven, The Untouchables, and The Dark Knight. Badly, I might add. And Robert Pattinson is laughably overacting here. He’s ridiculous as Batman.
Have to agree here 100%. As an example, it made all the difference when playing the Marvel vs. Capcom series of games during the ‘90s. When you picked Wolverine, not only did he look like Wolverine from the ‘90s animated series, he sounded just like him. It made the whole experience that much better, fulfilling, and…
I wonder if there is any shot this will get a physical release, ala Limited Run or the like. Because I would really like that.
I hate that Amazon called this game ‘New World’ because every time I see it, I think it’s a One Piece MMO and then I realize it isn’t and I’m sad.
Even better: you can forget the Netflix live-action Cowboy Bebop (which already looks like it’s 50 different shades of wrong) and just watch these anime instead! They’re all great and a better use of your time to watch than with whatever current anime Netflix is trying to ruin with its own live-action adaptation.
Ahh, the Zat gun. The most broken weapon in all of Stargate. Maybe in all of scifi, too.
Fuck. This one hurts. RIP, Saito-san. You will be missed, but your glorious creation will continue.
Or instead of watching what is sure to be a live-action version that will be a pale imitation of the original, just watch the whole anime (plus its movie) instead. Because the anime’s awesome.
$18 million? That’s a fucking rounding error for these chumps. And Bobby Kotick is as safe and ensconced as CEO as he ever was. As expected, so far, there haven’t been any real repercussions for ActiBlizz. Even when they get a punishment, it doesn’t even rise to the level of a slap-on-the-wrist.
This...is not good. Nope.
The one I got from Taco Bell definitely didn’t look like that. It was dry, shrunken, undersauced, and the bun was kind of rubbery. Guess I went to the wrong Taco Bell that day.
Outside of the U.S., in particular in South/Southeast Asia, this is the correct take.
I wholeheartedly disagree.
I’m just going to sit back and watch all of this innocuous lunacy unfold, just like I did with the live-action SMB movie decades ago. That’s all you can do, really.
I think Limited Run is doing a physical release of this.
