Man, I hope she’s not one of these Snyder-cut nutjobs. Because it sure sounds like she’s edging towards that here with this dogpile on Joss Whedon.

Today’s been a hell of a day for geeky news drops. Disney, Pixar, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, video games. A lot to keep track of.

I’ll admit - when I saw Sephiroth potentially run through Mario, I let out a shout and a chuckle. Nice moment, there.

Didn’t feel like a game teaser. More like a video to remind people that, yes, we’re still making Mass Effect games, and hey here’s Liara.

Should’ve been Ghost of Tsushima or Hades. Ah well. Not like The Game Awards are anything but a 2-3 hour long commercial.

Kind of feels Turok-esque too, doesn’t it?

You announce a new Perfect Dark but Rare isn’t going to be making it? How the hell can you screw up something so obvious and simple, MS? No wonder you’re losing to Sony.

It doesn’t feel like a game (what a shock coming from Fullbright, right? /sarcasm). It feels like a commercial for a feminine hygiene product or some new drug from a pharmaceutical company.

Vin Diesel fighting dinosaurs? Yup, I’m in. That’s enough to get me interested.

Yes? I guess? I’ll probably play it. Sometime soon. Maybe.

Even Kingdom beat out One Piece! Now the reason why is explained above, but it’s nice to see some love for Kingdom.

You see that at #3, Netflix? Leave One Piece alone goddammit!

I think there are more updates coming. One of them supposedly has Robin Shou, if internet rumors are to be believed.

I am definitely importing this sucker.

Oh this is easy. The Virtual Boy. The massive migraines I got from playing this thing rocket it right to the top.

Though U.N. Squadron on the SNES is definitely better than its arcade counterpart, I must admit I have a soft spot for the arcade version since that’s the first version of the game I ever played. It ate quarters by the truckload but was really fun. I would also say that Area 88 is definitely worth a watch/read. As far

Holy fucking hell. It’s like Aerith stepped out of the game and into the real world. That is dead-on cosplay. Wow.

Oh yes.
