Given what the game looks like, I’d say direct sequel?
A great Zelda game is getting what looks like a great Zelda sequel? There’s nothing to complain about, and everything to be joyful for. I wonder what new shit Link will be able to do.
Considering it was a trailer that contained maybe a minute of content, I don’t see how you can glean anything from it other than “Nintendo is making a Breath of the Wild sequel.”
It’s a Zelda game. By default that means you play as Link. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now if there’s more than just Link? Well that’s a bonus.

You had me at “Diablo-style.” I’ll easily give this a whirl.
So they retconned Bill & Ted’s sons into daughters? Interesting. I wonder why.
Goddamn, look at Corviknight. They turned Toyokami into a dang Pokemon.
Secret.
