Okay this part I agree with, though—

There's a pretty big difference between contemplating stabbing your own hand and killing someone else.

So diagnosing people from second hand sources is worthless, but you're convinced about your diagnosis...

The idea that school shooters are just mentally ill and misunderstood is false. Some might be but there's no evidence this kid was, just like there was no evidence Elliot Rodger was.

His twitter stream has him talking about how fun it is to harass gay people with his dad.

I'm going to pass judgment on homophobic, sexist murderers. Feel free to disagree. It's a free country.

I don't know what she was like. But she wasn't a murderer.

When did I say you were white? Do you have any intention of addressing the fact that violence in schools, despite your assertions, is descreasing?

The world is a better place without him. It's too bad his aim was good enough to take some actually-worthwhile kids with him.

Seriously? Your generation was never this angry? What generation are you in, exactly? One of those generations that had higher dropout rates because they treated kids - particularly non-white teenage boys - as worthless and disposable?

No way. Fuck this kid. This was a gun nut who got his jollies off harassing gay people with his dad and saw women as property.

Aw, come on. Little Willow Smith was pretty damned cute.

It matters to Janay Rice actually.

The grand jury dropped the charges in the case with Anna but he was convicted of crimes with another victim, so it could very well be that June wasn't supportive and/or there just wasn't enough proof in that case.

The people behind these reality shows are invested in editing out the portions of that reality that are problematic. That only works so long, and then they have a PR crisis.

Stefani's "Rich Girl" is a ripoff of a dancehall hit from the 90's called "If I was a Rich Girl" that copied the Fiddler on the Roof song originally. It's like an onion. Peel peel peel.

*sigh* Did you even read the article? It says exactly what you just said.

Kinda reminds me of reading a music review by some popular outlet on Santigold's "Master of My Make-Believe" album, where the writer said Santigold's song "Freak Like Me" was a rip-off of Stefani's "Rich Girl." To me it just sounded like the writer led a very sheltered music-life.

Girl, no.

Let me guess, asshole. You're a white dude but you probably won't admit it.
