I hope they do some serious overhauls to the mechanics to get a proper peeking system going. I don’t need a Gears of War cover system implemented throughout the game, but it kind of kills the realism (not that this game is hyper-realistic anyway) when I can’t lay my sniper on the windowsill while crouched.

Do I still have to back away a gun’s length from windows and small walls to be able to shoot out of them, even if the windows are broken? Both articles that have been written about this have failed to mention that first person mechanics are still wonky as hell.
