I do hope it’s the end for Dark Souls, I don’t think there’s anything left to revisit for the series. I don’t mind sequels, but they’ve proven that they can make incredible Dark Souls games 5 times over now. The hard drives look like they’d be a pain to upgrade, but everything in there is upgradeable save for their AIO CPU cooler. If you were determined it looks like you could swap it, but its pretty much made for that case.

This is one of those times where I wish the title told me the info I really wanted to know so I could pass it up. “Mediocre developer pulls bad game from Steam” would’ve saved me the trouble. Although I suppose that works against the site.

A big problem is the Denuvo causes performance hits in some games. It may be holding off pirates, but its also affecting people who legitimately bought it.

Does this game resemble the PS2 Onimusha games in any way? I remember seeing the first trailer for it and it reminded me of Onimusha.

I hope they don’t put many resources into creating their own maps. Stick to what we know works, every time someone comes out with fan made maps to a classic game they’re always imbalanced as hell.
