I mean that these types of programs that promote an unhealthy way of loosing weight should be banned because they create unreal expectations and hype over something that, if decided to pursue, should be done in a healthier way.

The problem that I see is that if they weren't taught healthy eating and exercise habits, how are they supposed to keep it off after the show?

I'm not trained to be a teacher, this job came to me from someone I know who knows I could use the money but also believes I can do it. I guess its first time nerves + not knowing what to expect + a splash of insecurities.

I know you said you're not picky but the Keurig things (the ones with the pods) do make really good coffee and the fact that it makes one cup at a time is great because you essentially just have to fill the pod (we use the refillable ones because cheaper) and wait like 15 seconds.
