Dear Chris Carter: no one cares about the mythology anymore. Stick to standalones, like the amazingly good one with Rhys Darby.

How is it that Scully and Mulder actually look BETTER twenty-five years later?

They blamed the liberal media, Hillary, and used their favorite scapegoat every time they get caught doing something horrific, Obama!

Also can we talk about how they’re a functioning society of what seems to be only a few thousand people of which 99% of them have jobs in the Civil Service.

Also people forget that the wizarding world pretty much enslaves every species outside of human. pretty much the only difference between Vold and the rest of the wizards is that he wanted to treat muggles the same way they treat elves, and goblins, and giants.

Ah yes (and ANY class, btw). Good times. I called those students “Nazi Youths.”

So where was he, and the rest of the conservative community when Roger Ailes, and Bill O’reilly were exposed? Oh, that’s right, the were busy painting the women who came forward as money hungry, attention whores. And don’t forget, Trump called Ailes a fine man, and hired him as an advisor.

To be frank though Dumbledore only “saw the light” when his sister got killed and then tried to use a child as a weapon by making him hate life through placing him with an abusive family for over a decade.

Don Jr thinks he so fucking smart. I can barely tell what he’s trying to say, but he’s that kid in your intro psych class who is the biggest douchecanoe and thinks he’s constantly outwitting the professor. Bonus points if that professor is a woman.

I hate all the trumps with the burning fire of a thousand suns, and wish them nothing but unscratchable genital itching, but he’s not wrong.

Yes to all of this.

First off: India, you fucking rock, and fuck anybody who says otherwise. You’re braver than most people twice your age.

Finally, there’s an ideal I can get behind. That this super-patriotism is comparable to idolatry is something I’ve thought of before myself. Glad to see there’s at least a little self-awareness in the religious community. I will differ to her belief in that lying wizard though.

I was hoping someone would point out that this is established law and clearly outside of any legal justification. Thank you. This is a slam dunk and that school district just opened themselves to a HUGE lawsuit they cannot possibly win.

My mother is super Christian, and none of her kids recited or stood for the pledge since she saw it as idolatry.

Moral fortitude! She rocks!

I went to middle school in Houston, Texas. We have 2 pledges, The pledge of allegiance and the Texas Pledge. I can tell you that doing 2 every single day, close to the end of the year most kids didn’t stand and the teachers were fine with. Never reprimanded any students for it. I can’t say it’s the same situation

India is fucking awesome and braver than I would’ve been at her age. The fact that they tried to expel herfor sitting is the whole reason she’s sitting.

We settled this freaking 70+ years ago - you can’t expel students for not saying the pledge or otherwise acknowledging the flag(West Virginia v. Barnette) . You can’t expel or threaten students for taking peaceful, non-disruptive of class purpose/learning protests like silent actions/arm bands (Tinker v. Des Moines).

These people have been wanting call these babies the nword for so long they can’t contain it anymore. She was arrested for being black , doubt anyone noticed nonblack students sitting for the pledge.
