This is why I still prefer desktop machines over laptops. Too many compromises made for price point, portability and battery life. That, and I’m old. If the streetlights don’t dim when my desktop boots up, it ain’t powerful enough.

I miss the old days when Intel’s marketing campaign had the guys in the shiny foil bunny suits. That ranks up there with the Taco Bell chihuahua.
