Former Barista... they were jerks, they have to do your beverage exactly as you want it. (that excludes blending cakes, cookies,or using breast milk brougth by the customer, or stuff like that) but normally we used to add more milk or water to the iced beverage, is not a big deal, if anyone does something like that…
