The touch ID for my iPhone SE rarely works. If my fingers are slightly damp - or even extra dry - the phone can’t read my fingerprint. I estimate I give up and enter my passcode at least 80% of the time.

I have never once played a pre-made sim in these games.  I know it has story blurbs about them on the select/house move in screen, but is there actually some kind of story during the game that happens thats different than when playing a custom character?

Manufacturers are already working on the network. It’s called VANETs. Most manufacturers are developing using the protocol. Governments all over the world already assigned appropriate bandwidth dedicated to the communication.
