Comey’s response to why he reopened the email investigation is woefully inadequate. What he’s telling us is that if he didn’t think Hilary was going to win, then the case wouldn’t have been reopened, which indicates that pursuing justice wasn’t his motivation.

Michael Cohen is based in New York. New York is a one party consent state, meaning only one party of a phone conversation needs to be aware of the recording for it to be legal. Thus, if Cohen knew he was recording others, it was legal.

Oh I don’t know about the reviews themselves, but the commenters LOVE to jump in and explain 1) what’s different 2) why it’s DEFINITELY BAD and 3) what happens next - not just this site, but anywhere it’s discussed.
