Not saying the media today is much better, but the round-the-clock coverage of OJ was ridiculous…no subject was out of bounds. The sexism that ran around Marcia, the thousands upon thousands of book deals signed over the case. The countless hours of dribble that was put on the airways by Larry King. I would think

10/10 for reminding me what a bag of dicks the media was in the mid-90s!

So, my first thought of the makeover was "did it work?" To which my fiancé looked at me and said, "I don't know, it's been too long and I can no longer see this through 90s eyes." At last the chucking made it clear to me, that in fact the makeover failed miserably.

Not really going to miss much about CDs. Artwork, in my opinion, took a huge hit. Liner notes were hard to read and pretty lousy. I am resentful of the countless dollars I spent on "classic albums" which were just thrown on CD without proper care…then ten years later having to purchase a new copy "remixed" in order

I've been a shows and received thumb drives…or a slip of paper with a DL code.

As with any discussion of Community, my comment should be taken half-seriously.

I was upset when Starburns was killed off in Community, but then was almost more upset on how they brought his character back.

There are two things I remember about the OJ Case: One was OJ Simpson and the other was Johnny Cochran. The man made the case and his story is just as important to the end result as the vote of the jury.

I think I have heard a F bomb before, but never a Mother F bomb. It was impressive and it certainly stopped me dead in my tracks. I give America ten more years and we will finally be caught up to where the BBC was 15 years ago.

Was watching TGIF as I recall and it cut into it. I quickly ran downstairs to tell my mom and we just watched it. I think she allowed me to have a sleepover with a friend and we just watched it unfold. I guess this is more to last week, but when I was kid I went out to LA and my mom's cousin was a huge OJ trial

Not Hugh Downs!

I just don't understand what took the cops so long to do another search through Leakin Park. Amateurs.

For me, that film was Do the Right Thing. I will agree on all counts that this was a tough call.

I really like Revolution #9. I don't mean that ironically. I just mean that as someone who bought the White Album on cassette when he was 12 and that song scared the hell out of me/intrigued me and was my first exposure to avant-garde music.

What a way to finally end these overdone "[Insert topic here] as a Wes Anderson Movie." You did us a great service CNN!

Executive Beta: *rolls dice* "Game shows are back!"

I am finding it increasingly annoying that no one seems to turn on any lights or lamps in the Gilligan universe.

Very true. I just felt the purposeful depiction of head shots, blood spatter and that office massacre was a bit over the top last season, even when compared with the Coens. I didn't mean to compare the two story-wise, but I feel the style and writing better fit the actors this season, but just my two cents.

Been there done that with the film and that scene was pretty intense.

Any thoughts so far on how this compares to last season by the midway point? I am glad the brutality has been toned down and I have to agree that the production quality (direction, cinematography) has been tops. Writing is a tad better this season as well. Loved the 1st, but man this season really has me rolling.
