It appears, from the picture on the left, that the screen is extended off the headrest of the driver's seat. I couldn't venture the material type, but it allows you to see what's behind the screen as well... kind of like a HUD.

The only similar characteristics are that it's red, and it holds wrenches. Next time you go to your car check out your keyhole on your door. It has a cover, just not one like you show in the picture. It's spring loaded and contained within the lock cylinder. Now that is a cover that I could appreciate.
