I was pretty close to giving up on that show after they killed Lilly and then again when they killed Common and then they hanged Ruth. I'm pretty much done now.

The Angel one is a little silly just because while the character of Fred did die, but the actress played the creature that took over her body. She played Fred a few more times in flashbacks and when Illyria would pass as Fred. Also, Fred died about 4 or 5 episodes before the end of the series.

Or a new exciting place to go…. Baffin Island!!!

Baby Bjorn was back, too. Is the slave girl supposed to be Inuit?

I haven't watched it yet, but no Lagertha? What's the point?

I know not so rich people in Toronto- and it's not far off some of them.

The other issue Jemima has had re. nudity is that she is occasionally pregnant while filming, which makes nudity tricky.

It's a similar kind of thing as when people used to compare this show to Sex and the City- 4 women in New York- when one isn't at all like the other. Girls always reminded me more of Seinfeld- self-involved people in somewhat ridiculous situations, but had elements that are recognizable as real human experience. Girls

the makeup artist was the best- "Your dress is light, so we have to weigh it down on the face."

I've known him as Adam for much, much longer but as soon as I saw him I thought "Oh, hi Kylo Ren."

Of it's something that is often said, but the boys on this show are more interesting to me. Desi is awful, but played perfectly. And Ray is the best.

He apparently talks.

And Ubba is one of Ragnar's kids!

I feel like The Last Kingdom (which is on Canadian Netflix) is like the cousin show to this one. Different feeling to it, but a good companion.

I don't know how many non-baseball/non-Toronto Blue Jays fans know this, but Josh Donaldson, winner of the 2015 American League MVP award, has a guest spot on Vikings https://twitter.com/History… He really looks the part.

and the brother's comments were just weird.

What the hell does Joey Lawrence have going on that prevented from participating in this? I mean, come on.

Mary was born in 1891, so she's 34/35 in 1926.

Leaner, yes.

I would also point out that Hallbach's ex boyfriend was shady as hell and her brother made comments on camera that were really bizarre.
