All regular maintenance and most anything involving brakes and suspension I just do myself now. It’s fairly straight forward and if something is wrong, at least I know who to blame.

Lol, I “settled” for the 3.8R-Spec as well. To feed my tech need I installed an Android based stereo in it. Absolutely love it.
I liked the quirky styling. Wanted to drive it, took it out on a test drive, handed the keys back to the salesman and walked away.
I had one, and I’d own one again. Very useful (hatchback) for hauling stuff. So much aftermarket support it’s crazy. The known issues (fuel pump, turbo, timing chain) are fairly easy to fix and can be done in your driveway if your stubborn enough. Personally, I say go for it. The only reason I sold mine is I wanted…
