So I’ve had a rather old and very abused 2600K build. She lasted me through XCom, through Skyrim, and even through Cities Skyline.... sorta. In the least 2 weeks I’ve had multiple hard drive corruptions, have had to reinstall windows, and then ran into a boot loop I can’t fix. After a new power supply and some free…
The quality of the wheel and shifter are absolutely perfect. Now it’s time to watch the Hawks kick some ass!!
I kinda (and by kinda, I mean I took Gravol) feel sick.
This probably has come up already, but if not, I thought I’d share. I’m in the land of the multi-million dollar maple syrup heists. I was wondering how I could watch the show tonight. I’h a good amount of family in the US so I decided to sign up for a 30 day trial on Amazon.com in Canada. Since I send Christmas and…
As I’m driving home from my weekly Costco pick up of pizza and flowers for Tasha, I’m cruising through the residential Erin Ridge area of St. Albert to avoid the lights on the trail (seriously city planners, I swear the inability to sync the lights is on purpose by now...).
While I’m new to V8's, I’m certainly loving the Mustang. It’s a boat, to be sure, but it handles and brakes better than anything I’ve owned before. I’ve got lots of plans for this philly, for now it’s stock with new speakers and a catback. There will be more though, much more.
The Pony was braying in the barn.
So, let me start by saying that I came to this car from a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 V6 as my year round driver (politely modified). The car was comfy, mid-range power was OK, and it was sorta put together. So it was “fine”.
Sold my Genesis Coupe and bought the scourge of Cars and Coffee everywhere. It’s going to be a long 10 days wait for it to show up.....
With the unseasonably warm weather I decided to go out and do a quick photo shoot. Broke all the rules with a f/2 aperture at high noon in direct sunlight.
I made a cool little DIY video.
Had a nasty bike crash on Monday and have been off work for a few days.
I put the smoker to good use today.
5DmkII with a Tamron 90mm Macro taken in natural light. Dirty car rag behind the glorious meat.
I held an install day at my house today. I really didn’t have anything to do, so I decide to use a $22 Amazon kit to wrap my intake. Will it help, eh. Does it look better, eh.
I wonder what is going on it that dog brain of his. Probably wondering when he’s going to be fed again.
Fitting some wheels on my coupe. Much more aggressive than the stock 19's. Lighter too 😁
I got a smoker last weekend. I’ve been grilling for years, but never tried smoking until now. Short story, I’m sold.
Photo was taken in natural light with a Canon 5DmkII and the Canon 135L at f/4.
Costco had a road show on, I had money burning a hole in my pocket... so I came home with a smoker. While most of the photos here were taken with a potato camera, I did take one shot with the real camera of the finished beef short ribs.
