I think you’re struggling mightily with the difference between gross profit and net profit, which concerns me, so allow me to explain why gross profit is a terrible measure of a company’s financial health. If you can’t even understand these simple concepts, why would anyone on here trust your opinion on what phone is

Every battery is a good battery until it explodes. Do they let you fly with that phone yet?

By revenue, you’re correct. But by profit, Apple is #1.

I have zero desire to. I use my phone mainly for texting, and I know firsthand how annoying it is to text an Android user. Among my friends, we avoid including Android users on group texts as it kills the functionality and experience, so I wouldn’t want to be one of those people that’s excluded from that.

And yet something as simple as a decent functioning battery still eludes Android phones. Go be a green bubble somewhere else.

Are you allowed to fly with them again?

He’s just trying to punch the ball out, I think. But you never know for sure with guys that play the Patriots Way.

If it’s weird to want to ride out a storm in a billionaire’s wine cellar, then I don’t want to be normal.

When you’re posting on a liberal leaning site, and the guy who isn’t explicitly supporting the cops but is not persecuting them yet, is getting more stars than you, that means you might not have the best opinion on the issue at hand.

Hold on, did we watch the same video? We never see him running, we never see a gun to his head, it’s literally just a cop handcuffing him. The cop wasn’t excessive, Bennett was cooperative, so we’re still in wait and see mode as far as I’m concerned.

Because it’s common decency. It takes minimal effort to flag down a passing police car. When you start attaching the word heroic to pretty common acts, then people start seeing common decency as extraordinary, which leads down a dangerous path.

To spice this up a bit, reheating cold pizza in a covered pan on the stove top is the best kind of pizza.

Just curious, where does it say that? I didn’t see that in the post or the St. Louis newspaper article it linked to.

I’d tend to agree with you here. But in a case where there’s a weapon involved, the victim is badly cut in multiple places, and the police officers on scene are also attacked, I think those facts speak louder than any speculation as to what may have or could have happened.

Well, that and the fact that the other attacker was charged by police kind of indicate that it wasn’t self defense.

There were 2 people involved in the attack on the civilian who was cut, so I’d say it doesn’t look like self defense.

Yeah, she literally sliced an officer and her neighbor. I’m curious what other details you need here? There are cases where it’s perfectly fine to be upset about a police shooting, but this isn’t one of them.

But that study shows that what you just said is not true. Maybe if you look at nursing across the board, male nurses make more, but that could be because male nurses work at better hospitals, or other reasons. If you control for many variables, what that study says is that a male and female nurse, with the same
