God dammit. As a Democrat who gets frustrated as all hell by Republicans who just blindly ignore science when it comes to climate change, this sentiment that gender is a social construct is exactly the type of thing that gives conservatives a credible “don’t throw stones if you live in a glass house” kind of retort.

Where were you asking for Trump to move on when he spent 7 years pushing the birther conspiracy? People will stop the bashing when he stops being a shitty President.

Ohhhhhh, so that’s why Comey pushed for not charging her, because she broke the law. I was confused, but it all makes sense now, thanks for explaining it and please excuse my small small brain.

To this point, that’s par for the course with this franchise. I love it, but not really a whole lot of character development in these movies.

I think the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana area is the hotbed of this country for mispronouncing city names. I’m trying to think how to spell out how residents of Louisville think their city’s name should be pronounced, but it’s so ass backwards that I can’t even wrap my mind around it.

Cincinnati, OH: I like to fill a backpack with a few tall boys of my picking, then wrap them in a brown bag and roam around the city exploring.

You mean like the good he does by playing charity concerts and speaking out using his real name? Yeah, try again.

Surface level? The dude goes to active war zones and creates art.

When your satellite TV gets knocked out by Russian or Chinese missiles, don’t come crying to me.

I read Stratfor fairly regularly. It’s pretty incredible how accurate they are with their predictions. He also talked about Poland and Turkey becoming major world players in the book as well, and while that’s far from a certainty at this point, conditions are setting up for that to at least be a strong possibility.

Hasn’t committed yet. Call a booster quickly and get this kid some under the table perks.

Also add in that they’re saying the flight time was about 10 seconds, so idk if the target was stationary or moving, but either way just incredible. I know you can adjust the scope to an extent, but I’m curious if at this range, the target would have even been in his scope when the sniper picked his aimpoint.

Ahh yes, the gains made under a Keynesian economy. Now can I introduce you to our national debt? I mean, at least a supply side economy has the balls to face up to it’s shortcomings in the present. Keynesian thinking just puts off its shortcomings for future generations to deal with. But hey, mabye I can hit you up

America was never the point. We were discussing large vs small government, doesn’t matter what country we’re talking about. Kansas isn’t America either, it’s Kansas. And Hong Kong and Singapore actually have far far more in common with America’s economy than Kansas does. Their economies are service based, which is

Given that Kansas has been a declining state for many years before this experiment, and this experiment takes place over only a 5 year period, it’s probably not the best example. I could counter by looking at the economies of Hong Kong or Singapore, which have some of the highest economic freedom indexes in the world.

To address your point about the government’s effect on the economy. Money doesn’t just disappear. The money the government has is taken from people’s paychecks as income tax, or taken from companies as a corporate tax. So if the government is smaller and not taxing as much, more money is going to individuals to spend

Can’t get thrown at tomorrow if you’re suspended.

And 90% of the people making Skyline jokes have never even had it.

It would absolutely draw interest to both leagues. USL teams become increasingly relevant due to the prospect of cities gaining a top tier pro soccer team. And teams at the bottom of the MLS table now have something to play for, making the whole league more competitive.

I think city council has already told the US Bank Arena ownership group to go fuck themselves, so I wouldn’t worry about that.
