Well, now we know the places to avoid.

This weekend?

Voted NP, because someone will buy this at this price. Clean trucks are hard to find, of course. The high miles are a bit much, but it’s a diesel.... I see I am in a distinct minority, but someone is going to hop on this.

I would have agreed a few months ago, but I’ve seen some features in the new version of Evernote, like to do lists, that I really like now that I have figured them out.

Lost in Translation is one of my all time favorite movies. No pandemic can change that.

Flying in coach...on Frontier. This ain’t exactly fancy.

Well, the call letters stand for Killer Chase Across LA. I guess.

He’s under age, but I won’t tell if you don’t.

Well, if judges did their job (even federal judges in Alabama, which is, perhaps, one of the fifty United States), they would impose sanctions so harsh on these clowns that only the most foolhardy would dare shitpost like this again. The courts aren’t the place for this sort of inanity; we already have twitter.

Asshat doesn’t even know what Memorial Day is, or what it recognizes.

Same here, but I used to fly them often and they were generally fine. Nothing about them that would make me want to punch someone.

It’s a pretty car. But last year my wife and I bought a 1 year old Hyundai Elantra with a huge infotainment screen (crystal clear backup camera), heated seats (didn’t even know it came with them until we found the buttons one day), blind spot detection, etc. etc., for just a bit over $15k. If I can get that much stuff

All of Petroski’s books are excellent. He’s both a great writer and a great engineer.

I live in the Triangle. I used to live in Seattle. I thus laugh about people talking about Rush Minute on I-40 here. But with Apple coming, that might stretch to an entire hour. Try to drive from Sea-Tac airport to North Seattle any time of day to understand why I find the Triangle much more tolerable.
