Average fans have all the power? I didn’t know that! Where do I cast my vote for “pay the players for revenue-generating services”?

College is indeed an academic environment. The NCAA is a revenue-generating athletic-competition regulation body, just like the professional leagues. If people can’t get over their juvenile notions of sports being just fun and games, that’s their own problem. I used to wash cars for my family members for free, and it…
TL for now but definitely will read beyond the preamble when I have time. Looks good thus far!
Just like Trump’s ideas on immigration and economic policy, so is his football knowledge trapped in the 1980s.
AHH BEAT ME TO IT! I think I can still make a reasonable joke out of it.
Agreed with most of this, but there is generally a pro-labor, anti-power bent to all the writers as OP points out. Agreed that Barry does the best in balancing opinion pieces with straight news and analysis, like this, but he will inject his own opinions into it occasionally (http://deadspin.com/surprise-schol… re:…
I thought i was the only one, and also I didn’t presume he would be bad. He’s a great showman, if not a huge name. Music isn’t exactly my cup of tea, but I can’t argue that it does get me moving. Because that’s what pop music is designed to do, and he does it well enough.
I do get vacations and mental health/sick days :)

“Commentator 1: And the winner is nature’s greatest killing machine.. Man! Show me where in the rulebook it says that man can’t be a robot?
Commentator 2: Right here, rule one.”
Still time
Nice rebuttal for a bunch of asses.
It’s almost as if Kraft cried foul so loudly on the Wells Report and subsequent bungling, he awoke the skeletons in the closet.
Agreed. I originally made this name because my New Year’s resolution was to stop engaging in troll/flaming and just give out likes. And then I remembered who I was, a flaming troll. But I’m trying, getting a little better every day. That’s all we can really hope for as humans. Or, as trolls disguised as humans. :)
By the end of this season, Rodgers will be forcing passes to waiver bait and you’ll be like, “Jesus Christ, who is Flarney Bonewood and why does he have 5 TD catches for Green Bay?”
Right, people I think are reading into this and assuming he will be all for the player’s rights, when he could well be setting up for a lockout that defines commissioners powers as “DEAL WITH IT OR GO FIND A NEW JOB.”
