I liked that in itself but I didn't like the speech as it was too broad, and so was the acting.

I really don't get why people are praising Taylor Schilling's acting so much. I don't know if it's more about writing and direction than her actual chops, but she's turned creepy and crazy-faced and too broad this season.

I took from it that perhaps the Jon that got stabbed was actually Melisandre under glamour (shadow magic). His eyes looked a tad reddish, I thought. I may be losing my mind I guess.
