The Intel drives use MLC, SLC was not used in consumer drives.

Ya the connector is definitely mSATA, but it looks like the Tosh/Samsung drives are (size-wise) not standard mSATA spec like the Intel 310 - [www.intel.com]
They're not "Mini-PCI Express cards", they're mSATA (mini SATA)- SATA drives, just different connectors - [techunwrapped.com]
