He’d be the Tomi Lehran to J. Jonah’s Glenn Beck.
He’d be the Tomi Lehran to J. Jonah’s Glenn Beck.
He literally wears red, white, and blue all the time like he’s some kind of MAGA chud.
[McDermott looks at the tape]
If you sacrifice everything, there won’t be anything left to believe in. The logic checks out.
Sigh...
Gawd. Please find that awful ESPN person-on-the-street bit they just did where they interviewed a bunch of OSU students. One dipshit basically said it’s a private issue, and no one should have been fired.
Yeah, Jim, I get any beer from Teddy Two Shoes on the corner of 5th and Main, because he’s always looking to exchange his cans for needles and hubcabs, but where do I get the salt to put in that beer?
Oh it completely is. I wouldn’t use the term if most didn’t refer to it that way.
This isn’t limited to football. I had a basketball coach who pulled the same machismo bullshit. One drill we had was the “jungle ball” drill which was essentially no rules basketball. It’s sole purpose was to ‘toughen’ guys up, I guess?
These rules were probably put in place solely to pressure the nba into ending one and done so the ncaa can wash their hands of nba level prospects while profiting off ‘amateurs.’
“Phew.”
Everything about this team screams a players only meeting occurring sometime in January.
I’m no horologist, but you sound like someone with too much time on their hands.
Oof! Pushing someone in the back (or in the air. or both!) during a pick-up game is one of the worst offenses. I saw one happen two weeks ago that led to a guy breaking his ankle (he was pushed into the bleachers).
Wait, who got pushed in the back? The screener? The screenee? These are important details! Poorly worded accounts are how the police screw up these very important investigations.
Remember when you could post comments to images. Feel like you should bring that back for this segment only.
She’s in a better place—
I honestly think there is some situation where each team is allowed to pay one player an unlimited amount of money, then the rest of the roster is capped in some fashion (kind of like the mid-level, but instead have a high-, mid-, and low-level range players). IDK if this idea is great or terrible.
The alternative is the players (and media) yelling at the NBPA because Lebron James and Kevin Durant, who are worth $60M per year, are only being paid $28M per year during that span. Either decision was going to be seen with derision and have negative consequences.
Yeah, this is bullshit. He also said he wanted to go to either Golden State or Boston, and that Golden State was his “aces of spaces” (I think he actually meant trump card).
