I have a tough time believing Randall, Clarkson, and a 1st rounder is worse than what Indy got. That, or whatever myriad of picks Boston offered. This feels like Indy took the one of worse deals offered their way.

No way that’s the whole deal. If it’s just Sabonis and Oladipo then Indiana is the worst run franchise in tbe NBA.

Isn’t eating a placenta technically cannibalism?

Rumor is they want to clear space (probably Anderson) to make a run at George (great!) and Melo (no!!!).

IDK who cares when he gets it? They give out Oscars two months after December. They give out Emmys about 4 months after TV seasons end.

This fucking guy...

Report: Buffy fans of season 2 miss hating Angel

He’s doing that classic Abbott and Costello bit: Who’s on crack.

As a Lakers fan, it bums me out that we could have had Zinger instead of Lopez had Magic waited a day. On the other hand, who would have guessed Phil was this dumb? I mean, he’s stupid and arrogant, but this stupid and arrogant?

He’s still kind of a question mark. He’s a scoring PG who isn’t a great 3-point shooter and appears to have average to poor court vision.

Some idiot on ESPN claimed that the Cavs could land both Butler and George. Obviously they give up Love (and keep Kyrie and Thompson) in this scenario but what else do they have to pick up both players? 2019 or 2020 first rounder? Do these teams really want Shumpert, Smith, and/or Korver?

...and then have the Guardians of the Galaxy free him accidentally during a space jailbreak.

It’s tough though. How do tell a guy that you want him but aren’t willing to show that level of interest with some trades now?

Is this a prelude to a trade for No. 2?

I’m a Lakers, and I think Ball is going at 2 as much as they appear to be hedging on it. His shot is odd, but he’s potentially a taller version of Rondo. And that team need a distributing PG.

The only thing that makes me think he’s not done is how early this trade is happening. If it was only about switching picks to grab more, and if this was his only move, he would have likely waited closer to draft day.

That’s the problem with him and what I’m trying to suss out. You don’t know if the gossip he passes along is his or if he’s hearing it secondhand or if some GM knows he’ll repeat their bullshit.

We do you make of the Stephen A. rumor to trade for Butler? Is that Ainge using Stephen to stir the pot and gauge interest? Or real deal?

This might be the second known instance of a player nearly literally earning their coach-killer label.
