Yes, that’s the only option defensively. Houston is not running Anderson off a ton of screens so McD can guard him mostly straight up. When he eventually becomes Houston’s pick-and-roll main victim, OKC has to hope his positives of offense trump his negatives in defense over a whole game. 

Adams/Roberson/McDermott/Oladipo/Westbrook should be the line-up with Gibson/Grant/Cole subbing.
