IT’S GREASED LIGHTNING! More specifically what I would like to call the “dream car” in grease.
So over the weekend, I went to a local collectors market where people sold various toys and collectables old and new. Whilst there, I managed to pick up something I’d never expect to be part of my collection.
So here’s a little something I’ve been working on for about half a day now. Featuring a little preview for Teutonic Tuesday tomorrow.
So Star wars came and went, and in that time hotwheels and tomica went wild with the character cars.
So last week I showed off a portion of my movie and TV car display and asked what I should start off with. So on this week’s movie car Monday, we have the new kid on the block, Lightning McQueen
Here’s a look at part of my TV and movie car display, plan to do a full series of reviews of the collection, question is where do I start?
Yesterday I went to a collectors market after work, it was a little late, so most of the mobile stalls had packed up and left, but I managed to pick this up from one of the shops.
After the sodai gomi truck last week, here’s another minor custom
Well, 2015 is coming to an end or has already ended depending on when you read this, out with the old, in with the new.
Well, it’s technically boxing day already over here, but merry Christmas everyone, and have a great new year ahead.
So, last week on Teutonic Tuesday, I took a look at the Worm’n Donald Duck. A fantasy model which took clear inspiration from the VW bus. This week we’re looking at something pretty similar...

It’s finally December, which can only mean one thing, we’re less than three weeks away from when the new star wars movie hits theaters! To celebrate, let’s look at something from star wars...
I’ve finally found it, after ages of seeing it in pictures, I finally managed to get my hands on the mad manga.
Awhile back I talked about a Fastlane 3-pack containing a VW bus, a new beetle and a BMW X5.
I am at a loss, like I literally cannot even properly begin to describe how much of a beauty this thing is. All I can really say is that this shouldn’t be a mainline piece.
Well, well, well look what I managed to pick up in time for Teutonic Tuesday.
Awhile back, when Mattel first released artwork of the loopster, I was pumped. As an idea, the loopster turned the whole idea of the hotwheels track on its head. What if those loops and wild track designs weren’t made for cars, but for rollercoaster instead? It was genius, at least I thought so anyway...
Ooh, it feels good to be back. Finally after dealing with several weeks of back-to-back project submissions and exams, I can finally find a time when I still have energy at the end of the day to write about diecast cars!
