I'm not saying Final Fantasy is say, better than literature, it helped me learn to read so I COULD read Les Miserable and War and Peace and Anna Karina.

I learned to read to play Final Fantasy, so I could understand what exactly I was supposed to do. I was 4 at the time too. Video games taught me to read, I was just being snarky about how kids these days play games.

Same here. All a game has taught me is "Press Select/A/B/Start? to skip all the story. A book? I'll read.

It's a sad sad day to see all the things you have mentioned happening. Why should I pay for DLC that will "complete" the whole gaming experience when it is ALREADY ON THE DISC I AM PLAYING ON NOW.

Oddly enough I and my brother and father are playing Animal Crossing: City Folk these days. All three of us are, sadly starting to run out of time and weeds are cropping up everywhere. But we do enjoy the game!

Holy crap are you correct. Maybe they will be Gameboy Advance games since it is on the 3DS? That would be even cooler!
