What about speech in the public square? Being able to air your views, to protest peaceably, in public is an essential part of free speech . Yet, you have no property rights over the public space.

They're really not very good for getting work done either though. Maybe they are if "work" consists solely of email, but as soon as you need to edit or share a document, collaborate, or do any sort of online research, they are basically worthless.
