All props to Frakes for it, At no point, unlike the other three, does it feel like a long episode, it’s a FILM.

And at the same time, it uses loads of pre-established continuity to build it’s plot, BUT not at the expense of alienating a first time viewer. Quite a clever juggling act.

I was always a massive fan of TNG growing up (born in ‘85), so I’d have to agree. Though my opinion may be ever-so-biased, I do think that it was the perfect blend of action, imaginative storytelling and character interaction.

Serena Williams is amazing. She won her first major in 1999. Sixteen years ago! And now she's making a run at a grand slam. It's hard to think of too many athletes who have remained so dominant for so long. Tim Duncan? Kareem Abdul-Jabbar? Peyton Manning? Babe Ruth?

Well, you know... if you had waited until you finished playing the main story to write this article... you wouldn’t have written this article.

It always comes down to this.

He’s backing what he sees as freedom of speech; it’s pretty clear he does not agree with bigotry.

as they’re “still in the process of getting in contact with the parent who saw the posts.”

Here’s a crazy idea:
Reiterated plot device (Rape advances male character’s position) makes the very feminist point that such is inevitable in a strictly patriarchal system.

I have adored Christopher Lloyd since his days as “Reverend Jim” Ignatowski. I would watch that man read the dictionary.

The last chapter is absolutely heartbreaking and one of my favorite things ever written.

SCIENCE BIATCH

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT

My only gripe: Raina got to see Age of Ultron before us.

TIME TO BRING IN THE MOTHERFUCKING AVENGERS

Me too. Though it will have to get behind finishing the Imperial Radch trilogy and Neal Stephenson’s new book that drops on the 19th. It is a good time to be a scifi nerd.

I came on here to post this, while it is perfect on its own, I would love another full novel set in the same world. It was just so brilliant imagined and written. Considering it seems to be his only adult novel, I do hope he goes back to this world one day.
