Wow, I thought it was a solid episode, much better than last week's. I agree with what others are saying, that the bullet is the one that Walter shot in her head.

Is everyone sick of talking about Apple? Because I have an Apple question. We are getting my son an iPod for his 13th birthday, which is in a week. He didn't want a 3DS or a Vita, he's been wanting an iPod. So I waited to see the new one. The thing is the price tag is steep. $300 is $100 over my original budget…
I need the "like" button for your post. A lot is spent on education in this country, but it's not going to the students. Money is wasted at the administration level, money that could be used for more teachers, books, and supplies. Teachers should be paid more, schools should not be without necessary books, paper,…
I know. $300 for this is too high. I had wanted to get this for my son, but I can't see spending that much when I could get a tablet. I had thought it would be $250.
I would say the Nexus 7. We have a Kindle Fire, and it's annoying that you're stuck with only Kindle apps. They sell stuff in their app store that doesn't work on their device. Silly. I would go with the Nexus 7. We also own an iPad, and my husband likes the smaller size of the Kindle, but I think the Nexus 7…
I don't believe the claim has ever been that organic food is more nutritious. The goal in eating organic is to consume less pesticides, and to have less pesticides used on the crops therefore less pesticides leaching into the water supply. The study seems to purposely miss the point.
so is this another companion that we get to see sacrifice herself (even though she's a Dalek) for the Doctor, but then he goes and encounters her in a time before it all happens? I hope not, but I'm guessing that's where it's going. I'm also hoping that telling the Daleks about the Doctor again is not what the…
What I wanted to see further explored was what Myka was thinking. That is the Warehouse's fault (or rather and agents and regents) that Alice is nuts to begin with. She was questioning the way things were done. In the end they had to do what they had to do in order to save themselves, but maybe her spoken thoughts…
That's great. And yes, it brought a tear to my eye when I read this.
That makes sense. Artie has lost his marbles....
My daughter got an iPad for college (she also has a laptop). We looked over the student Pack for iPhone. I assume the recommendations for the iPad would be the same, but any other recommendations?
I loved Wishbone. My oldest was a toddler when the show started. It was the best children's show on the air. Loved that little dog.
The reason there is a controversy is because her splits were better than the men's times. My kids all swim, and doping did not occur to them. They actually thought there was something wrong with the clocks. Even they know what she did isn't really possible, but it could be the same issue that the SA runner has. …
I thought both were good, but I found Wheaton's version more engaging. I don't know why, I just know I thought it was better. But yes, Patrick Stewart would be great.
I've been watching Eureka on Netflix. That show has Henry and Allison who are main characters, as well as Allison's son Kevin (who plays an important role) and daughter Jenna. And during the last 2 season's Henry's wife, Grace.
I love the whole process of art, and I enjoy seeing how the final rendering was achieved. I'll admit I like the first sketch the best, and then the second. There is something about her face in the second sketch that seemed to get lost later. I can't explain why, but it just seems more genuine. Thanks for sharing…
My self-destructive habit is finishing a book even though I am hating it. Why can't I just stop? The really sad thing is I've passed this horrible habit on to my son. My daughter owns the Huger Games series, and he decided to read the first one. He liked it enough, but then he read the next two. He got through…
My daughter loves the original fairy tales. She has been collecting Andrew Lang's books for years. She has all of them on her Kindle, but she wants to own real copies. I think she has 7. The Blue Fairy book was the first one we owned. Now, every time we go to a used book store she looks for them. She knows the…
It would be great the the "little Observer" played a roll next season. I hate that it never went anywhere. But I guess it doesn't work with the Observers now just being people from the future and not some alien (or original) race.
Yes, when Nina gave her pep talk to Oliva, all I could think, "It was the ruby slippers all along. There's no place like home!" But then Oliva doesn't get to use this advice, she just gets shot. While I thought the scene with Walter shooting her was good, I also would have liked to seen a stronger Oliva, one who…
