The dog pictured is mesmerizing. We love when our 50 lb. pittie mix plays with a gentle giant like this guy. I have met a lot of Great Danes and each one is a Very Good Boy or Very Good Girl.

Danes are so tall that the can back up to you when you’re sitting and plop themselves on your lap. That’s 150lbs. (at least) of dog.

We have a 100-lb pit/mastiff mix, and this is %100 true. Sitting on the couch? He will try and squeeze in behind you, or if we’re both sitting down, he’ll curl up between/on us.

Great Danes are lap dogs. You may not want them to be but just try stopping one.
