Unless you’ve surveyed every employee of the particular store at which you are shopping to confirm that they all “enjoy rallying up the carts” and believe it to be “easy, soothing work,” you are an asshole if you don’t put back your cart. I can’t even believe that you would try to both sides something as dumb and

I read the instructions in the tampon box ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Who hasn’t yelled ‘pizza’s here’ over your shoulder because you don’t need that judgement from the delivery person that the large is just for you?!

As a general rule of thumb I tell everyone even slightly interested in performing a physical activity DO YOGA. Its bloody important to have a flexible body if you want a body that can perform.

This fucking sucks. I went to high school with Grant, and he was one of those people who literally never said or did a single thing that wasn’t kind or thoughtful. When he made it big, doing the weirdly brilliant stuff he loved, I was happy, because it meant the world was working the way it was supposed to: greatly

Has stoked a wider interest in a long-standing conversation about “copaganda,” or media images that work to present a more empathetic side to the police state while ignoring the systemic racism and implicit bias that plagues the culture.

As someone who does Crossfit because I find it super motivating and enjoyable, but have always HATED the connection to “Crossfit”, the brand/vibe, I couldn’t be happier about this. A racist shithead gets put on blast, and Crossfit boxes who actually value their community get an easy opportunity to walk away from the

Similar. I thought the only veggies I liked were root veggies, corn, and peas. When I got to college, for reasons I can’t fully recall, I found myself eating steamed broccoli and rice with soy sauce in the dining hall frequently. I don’t know what inspired it since I had NEVER liked broccoli before, but suddenly, it

I was a picky eater, what fixed it was learning to cook for myself. Turns out I was less of a picky eater than it was my mom was/is a shitty cook.

I still have and use (sparingly) my 2011 Macbook Air. I changed the battery in it myself (it wasn’t hard- the hardest part was finding a GOOD aftermarket battery. I had to return iFixit’s battery because BOTH I tried instantly said they should be replaced- even after doing all the “reset” steps).

I apologize for you having to write this.

I don’t live in Kentucky. I almost NEVER contribute to political campaigns. I donated to Amy McGrath who is running against Mitch this fall. I know if the Republicans retain control of the Senate and Mitch loses some other Trump shill will just take his place as speaker, however it will atleast make me feel better

Funny, I’m the other way around. At work I need a giant lunch and snacks throughout the day to keep me focused, but at home (even while working from home) I can easily control what I eat. I’ve already noticeably lost weight.

uh....so much week night drinking

This is the best video I have seen for the best way to use the ab wheel and I noticed a big difference when I switched to doing it this way.

You should have more stars and I can only imagine you don’t because everyone on this site is under 30.

I operate under: “fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can’t get fooled again.”

Whilst I totally tired of the game after a while (not a slight on it, just don’t like doing the same thing much too often) I feel like this a bit misses the point (or missed the point of what was fun for me).

Music class and gym class are the reason it took me years to find appreciation of music and exercise on my own. I’m a gym rat now, but it took a hell of a long time to find joy in exercise.
