Yeah the GM platform is SOLID.

I bought a 2006 M5 from Carmax several years ago. 19 days after purchase I was damn happy that I had purchased a premium CNA warranty as the SMG transmission basically grenaded. New clutch, clutch fork, SMG pump, bearings, fluid, flywheel etc.

They should form a lynch mob and hang him after castrating him.

I owned a 2006 M5. Thank God for the warranty. $36,000.00 paid in repairs by the warranty co over 2.5 years. Worst car ever. Always had some thing wrong.

I still say that is a paltry amount of money. 7K??? Please. I had over 30K in repairs performed on my E60 M5 during the 2.5 years I owned that piece of shit. THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Thanks CNA.
