Leo finally got an oscar because of method acting, so i doubt it's as 'bullshit' as you say it is

Oh man, they better pick the right ending. You know which one I'm talking about.
His own Aunt? ewwww
Ah. Well, everyone is distantly related to everyone else. So as long as you kill enough people, you can take any throne!
OK but even so, surely there were other Targaryens who were closer in line to the throne. Robert would have been like #200 maybe? The point is, in this world, violence is what gets results
Does any of this actually matter? Whoever wins on the battlefield gets to be King (or Queen). It's not like Robert Baratheon had any legitimate claim to the throne when he took it away from the Mad King
Yeah I'm with ya, Infinite Jest was quite challenging and frustrating, but I really enjoy his essays. This one was part of the Consider the Lobster collection
Not quite what you're looking for, but David Foster Wallace wrote an essay about going to the AVNs and being immersed in the culture of the mid 90s adult industry. Fascinating and horrifying
There's a pretty active subreddit just for people posting shots that they took with the GTAV in-game camera. Some of them are really quite stunning.
Maybe the whole time travel thing means he can see the future
It was tough without augs but not too bad. Luckily I had saved up a bunch of ammo for my heavier weapons. Upgraded assault rifle with target seeking bullets worked like a charm!
Funny, that's how I do it.. I'll watch it extremely drunk/stoned when it airs on Sunday, then again sober some time during the week. I get the benefit of watching it for the first time twice!
I felt this way at the ending of Mass Effect 2. I lost a crew members and my friends asked me why I didn't just reload and try again, but I feel like surviving a desperate suicide mission at the far side of the galaxy with no casualties whatsoever was just unrealistic and bad for the story. Sorry Mordin! You will be…
I disagree about her motivation. Yes, she very much wants the Mesa Verde contract, but I think she would have been willing to give it up if it had ended there. But she knew it wouldn't end there. If she exposed this scheme, Jimmy would be on trial for fraud, forgery, breaking and entering, etc. and despite his fuck…
Totally agree, that was one of the best nightmare sequences that I can remember. I liked it better than the ones in Arkham Asylum. And to me, those the scariest nightmares of all.. when people people in your life suddenly and inexplicably turn on you and say horrible things.
Imagine that being the first and only movie you had ever seen!
The Clooney interview was garbage! Blatant celebrity-worship.
"Oh George, you're such a wonderful person for coming on this show, WITHOUT EVEN having a movie to promote!"
"Oh George, nobody even HEARD of Darfur before you spoke about it!"
I expected different from Colbert.
Adderrall is a medication to treat a real illness, though. Wouldn't this policy discriminate against players who actually have ADHD? Are they going to require a doctor's note or something? Interesting to see how they're going to implement this.
The premiere was just as compelling and gorgeous as I hoped. I am so excited for this season, especially because this is the first time I'm watching live on an actual TV screen as opposed to a tiny laptop screen.
This makes me really happy. Prison Break was completely absurd and kinda shitty but I loved it. Also, this wouldn't be the first time they killed off a character only to bring them back later.
