She was terrific in “Three Billboards” too

I read the first book in the series for my book club, as we were curious about this idea that this book supposedly told the true story of what female friendships are like.

Yeah. Great first season, sucks to see such unnecessary turmoil behind the scenes.

Terribly disappointing.  I expected more from Frankie Shaw.  And I think she may find she’ll regret losing Samara Weaving, who is a big up-and-comer (check her out in the new Picnic at Hanging Rock series).  The show may soon need Weaving more than Weaving needs that show.  

I haven’t read the books. I got absorbed into one episode of the series, where it seemed like sexual violence and danger was around every corner for these girls and I was out. Real life is stressful enough.
