So, Democrats are the smart ones who care about the world and want to make it a better place, while Republicans are (pick one) fat, lazy and arrogant; trouble-making trolls; married women who put up with fat, lazy anti-intellectual husbands because they married them; or, have mentality of an 18-month old.

When I’ve done diets that are more about exclusion and less about counting, I’ve found that they work a lot better. Yes, I’m probably eating fewer calories, but you have to remember that diets have two factors: The science and the human being, who is not always rational.

Glad I don’t have a dog so I can use my time on other things. Also, I food shop twice a month (never forget anything as its all in my phone) and dont make meals that take hours or preparation (crock pot could be your friend)
