If I lived in her apartment, I would never cook bacon. She has a small apartment and there's nothing wrong with it.

She was a single woman living in the city. Why would she need a huge place? Not everyone wants to live in a huge house. How very supersized American of you.
"First musical misstep on this show, it was too Miami Vice-ish"
Must be her specialty! She had a hospital bed scene in Dexter where she convinced him to feed her key lime pie laced with poison so she could die instead of having to face her illness and treatment. That scene was powerful!
THANK YOU! It has been bugging me that I cannot remember who he reminds me of. I know he reminds me of Julian McMahon but mixed with another actor. Now I can breathe again.
I thought that punky Sarah was all scenes from the pilot reused for this episode? The way they edited it made it look like Sarah was teleporting, just like Kira in the opening scene: she's running ahead of Sarah and then the next second she is in front of Sarah.
When Stan says: "She held up her end of the bargain…" I FINALLY realized who he reminded me of!!! Dexter Morgan. The eyes maybe? And the voice.
Graeme Manson (creator) said that the setting is deliberately ambiguous. "It’s meant to be Generica. It’s part of the price you pay for this kind of co-production."
Also the light (as in death or heaven?) or the light at the end of the tunnel (hope?).
Which scene was this?
Is it because of the word "shit"? Now Im wondering if AvClub is some kind of Christian run website.
Joe and Barry. Henry and Barry. Nora and Barry. Wells and Barry. All very moving scenes.
Three Men and a Flash Baby.
That was a very unflattering shot/cameo of hers! She looked liked a piranha with an overbite.
The question is why didn't Barry transport Eddie to the ER? He just sat there.
I'm not on team Michael (nor team Rafael) but Michael was so cute when he wanted to see the baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same here! Myles is a brilliant reviewer of the show. I have always wanted for him to review The Good Wife as well, I think he would be perfect for it. The reviewer they currently have for it is a whiny, pipsqueak girl who seems to be more active on Twitter and Instagram.
I loved Joan's striped blouse with the necktie!
Maybe for this episode they were trying to be like BBC Sherlock? So many things happening… ADHD galore! Catch up or you'll be trailing. I was expecting the on-screen text/special effects.
Backpedal harder on that sarcasm, you vapid wench.
