Yeah, they should fact check everything, and when they print the article they can color all the false statements red. The the words intact, verbatim, just color-coded. That would make for a very, very powerful statement.

Because it’s not polite to correct people!/s

at some point, it’s safer just to ram them. and with a vehicle camera, you can show that the brake checker was the cause of it all..

It’s the long carbon fibre bar behind the wheel. above the clutch paddles. This is on a rocker switch so you can only shift one way (up or down) at a time.

I think the opposite actually. This engine is probably dry-sump, so there’s a shallow oil pan with a scavenger pump that takes the oil to a tank and from there another oil pump pumps it through the engine.

We don’t need no education…

They brought back Atkinson’s F1 from near-death, this is but a scratch in comparison. Good for him for getting out and using it as Gordon intended.

Headlines we decided were best not to use, in case you were curious about just how lame we all are: Just Another McLaren F1 GTR In The Wall, Dark Side Of The Hoon.

Lane Splitting is for traffic, to keep moving to not over heat motorcycle or over expose the rider. This guy is over taking a vehicle that is driving at a reasonable speed, and is overtaking next to nearly stopped traffic. 100% motorcycle riders fault.

Yeah, I’m just gonna point out that the biker was %100 at fault here. Everybody involved screwed up, and like you said, we hope he’s OK after this...but it’s pretty plain to see that the biker was driving way too fast for what he was doing.

The biker was operating well outside the guidelines for lane splitting. Merely being legal doesn’t make it a good idea. This is why the guidelines exist. The laws of physics care not a whit for the law of the land. Tell St. Peter how it was the other guy’s fault.

I’m a CA lane splitter and this is 100% on the motorcyclist.

I hate lane splitting

NASCAR: if you commit a crime on one of our tracks we’ll chalk it up to that’s racing.

WTF is this, middle school?? Are people really that intimidated by their snooty tesla-owning peers?

I think “mitigate” is the correct word.

I’m all for saving pedestrians, especially if the driver is running a red light or ignoring a crosswalk....

Bosch

That’s neat.

No charges for assault either I suppose...
