I bought a dash cam last fall and had an idiot try to dive into my lane in April because traffic in hers stopped and she just crushed her car into my front passenger wheel at 40 + forcing me over a barrier and into oncoming lanes.
I am still dealing with therapy, but you bet your ass that dashcam will help in the suit…
The problem becomes when the owners of the event cross in to negligence that waiver is no longer binding. If the lawyer can prove that indycar, the event organizer or the fence company were negligent in their action,. her case has good legs.
