This is why I love Canada. Modchips are legal. I currently work at a store that primarily sells and installs modchips. We have been pressured by the ESA and other companies, but there is nothing they can do. They are just using scare tactics and have no legal ground here in Canada.

@stop2: The flash cart itself can copy roms. There is homebrew out there that is similar to the swap magic in terms of how it is operated.

Browner textures and higher bloom apparently equals more realistic. I don't know about you guys, but my army men are this shiny, I polish them everyday though. ;)
