The government has made itself the only possible buyer by being a bad neighbor then dictated the price. The actions of government over the decades indicate the price is low balled. Nobody does that sort of harassment and then offers full price.

Just an FYI, he doesn’t talk about his kids by name so they don’t get unwanted attention and all that. He always refers to them as Thing 1 and Thing 2 when he talks about them.
